“The friendship of a tiger, a lion, and a bear lasting for 15 years. A heavy past and terrifying memories have united them.”

These three animals would hardly be friends in their natural habitat. Tigers, lions, and bears usually do not coexist, and their habitats are different. However, this story is about friendship, and this friendship lasted a whole 15 years, making it thoroughly tested by time. Leo, the lion, was born in Africa, Sher Khan was a Bengal tiger, and Baloo was an American black bear.

Once, they all lived in captivity in terrible conditions, but now they comfortably reside in a wildlife sanctuary in the state of Georgia, in conditions as close to natural as possible.

They were rescued from the basement of unscrupulous poachers 15 years ago. The conditions there were truly hellish, and the three cubs supported each other. When they were first brought to the sanctuary, they were severely traumatized, both mentally and physically, so surviving in the wild seemed impossible in their case.

A special area was allocated for them within the sanctuary. The three comrades have been inseparable since then, doing everything together, and their habit of taking care of each other has never faded.

Currently, all three miraculously rescued and surviving friends will be able to enjoy comfort, professional care, and a life of plenty until the end of their days – conditions befitting their species.

And we thank those who have taken on the heavy and important responsibility of rescuing animals.
